  FRONT FORK BUMP ADJUSTER VALVES  
  1995/2010 Replacement Front Fork Compression Adjusters - more precise adjustment of the front fork suspension damping £75.00 + VAT
 

 
  RS125 HONDA FRONT FORK CONVERSION (revalve and respring)  
  1995 / 2010 RS125 Honda forks are Showa Fully adjustable forks, which are a very good fork, however when riding the bike hard
  they do have some problems.
  The forks tend to feel a little notchy, this is because they have too much low speed damping, however when you brake very hard
  you can feel the forks bottom out, this is because there's not enough high speed damping.
  The springs in the forks are too soft and we fit harder springs to suit your rider weight and also to suit what type of riding you do.
  We also revalve the cartridges of the forks, reducing the low speed damping to make the bike more compliant over small bumps and
  increasing the high speed to stop them bottoming out, we also replace the hydraulic bumpstops with our own spring version.
  Many racers complain about harsh feeling under braking and also the lack of feed back or feel from the front end, the conversion
  cures this problem and stops the front feeling vague.
  The conversion without changing Fork Springs costs £225.00 + VAT, then plus worn parts i.e. Seals and Bushes
  The conversion including Fork Springs costs £295.00 + VAT, then plus worn parts i.e. Seals and Bushes
  A service on the forks would cost £70.00+VAT plus worn parts.

  RS125 HONDA REAR SHOCK CONVERSION (revalve and respring)  
  1995 / 2010 RS125 Honda rear shock unit feels very hard from standard, this is because the original spring is very hard.
  This makes the bike slide around and kick at the back of the bike causing excessive tyre wear.
  The standard unit can be revalved and resprung, fitting a spring to suit the riders weight and increasing the range of
  adjustment in the damping.
  This costs £185.00 + VAT
