Terms and Conditions
 
Payment Terms
Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. In case of late payment, SP125 Limited maintains the right to apply interest of 8% p.a.  In addition, SP125 Limited charges a late payment fee up to a maximum amount of 40 GBP.

Unpaid Cheques will be charged at £25.00+vat each.

 

Payment by Credit and debit cards
We accept payment by MasterCard, JCB, Visa, Electron, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Switch credit and debit cards. We require your card number, expiry date, valid from date, issue number (if applicable) and the statement address. Subject to the credit or debit card being authorised and the goods ordered being in stock, then orders will be sent immediately.

For overseas orders placed by credit card, extra checks are made, of which may take some time to verify. This is a precaution used due to some experience of the circulation of fraudulent credit cards. Orders will only be despatched on successful verification of these security checks. The right is reserved to ask for payment in full by bank transfer only.

Bank transfers
Payment can be made by bank transfer, of which a £12.00+vat fee will be applicable.
 

Prices
All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT at 20%. 

UK VAT will not be charged for European customers who can supply a valid tax registration number. If a valid tax registration number can not be provided, then UK VAT at 20% will be charged.

Products sold outside the UK and Europe will not be charged VAT.

 
Product specifications and prices
We reserve the right to change the product specification or prices of any product at any time. Customers will be notified of any such variation upon order and allowed, at that time, the opportunity to cancel their order.
 

Delivery Charges 
Delivery costs are determined by weight or volumetric size & weight, whichever is the greater.

All orders are charged carriage regardless of their value. For small items delivery is by 1st Class Royal Mail recorded delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery, for heavy and bulky items delivery is by Parcel Force or Royal Mail Standard Parcel. Saturday, guaranteed time deliveries and deliveries to the Highlands and Islands are subject to a surcharge.

All export orders are charged carriage regardless of their value. Goods can be sent by various methods including UPS, Parcel Force International and Airmail. Prices will vary depending on the parcel weight, destination and service required and will be quoted for on request. All import duties and taxes charged upon receipt of goods are solely the responsibility of the customer.

 

Orders Returned
Goods are only accepted for return in the event that they were faulty or were incorrectly supplied by ourselves. We will not accept items for return of which have been used or installed or fitted. Written notice must be given to SP125 Limited by fax, post or email giving details of the goods ordered, the invoice number and reason for your complaint within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned with carriage paid by the sender, both insured and with proof of posting. Items of which have been used will not be accepted for return.

 
Refunds
Refunds of returned parts will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Credit will be given only to the value of goods supplied. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.
 
Carrier damages and parts order shortages
Please notify us of any carrier damage or parts order shortages within 3 days of the receipt of your goods. After this time we regret that we may be unable to accept your claim. For any goods that are damaged in transit you must allow us and/or the carrier reasonable access to the goods and packaging so that the claim can be proven. Failure to allow access to view the items would invalidate any rights to a refund or replacement items.
 

Exchange of parts
Goods which are correctly supplied by us, but which you wish to return for exchange as a result of having ordered them incorrectly, will be subject to a further carriage charge on return of the replacement goods.

 
Used Parts
Any used parts advertised by third parties on www.sp125racing.com are not the responsibility of SP125 Limited and any claims against such used parts are solely between the seller & buyer.

As such, it is a condition of our making all parts available that it is solely the decision of each individual, rider, team member or team
whether they choose to use any part supplied and in doing so, absolve the manufacturer and SP125 Limited of any or all such claims,
including damage to equipment and/or injury to personnel irrespective of how caused.
All parts remain property of SP125 Limited until paid for in full.
All 'special order' parts, that are ordered specially under the instruction of the customer, are non returnable and non refundable.
