Fits to 1987/1994 NF4 & 1995/2004 NX4 Honda RS125
Fits to 1989/1992 NF5, 1993/2000 NX5 & 2001/2002 NXA Honda RS250
Overview
A Red ‘change gear now’ indicator with 16 rpm settings selected by a switch.
Units with different ranges of RPM are available to suit different fuels or riders etc,
each has 16 settings in 100RPM steps.
Operation
On the RPM rising above the RPM point selected the Cluster is illuminated,
as the RPM falls 100 rpm below the set point the Cluster will extinguish

Mount the Cluster in the dashboard foam, the rear of the cluster has a M3 threaded hole,
the control unit has a self adhesive Velcro pad to allow mounting to the CDi unit.

To replace any change light indicators on existing systems with a super bright cluster, fit to BPS, aim, Honda etc

Red Wire : Supply Voltage (10V to 18V)
Green Wire : 0V (chassis)
White Wire : Input signal
(less than 1 Volt no illumination, larger than 2 Volts = illuminated)
Supply current 200mA max, 100mA nominal, input signal requirement less than 1mA
Wiring to the BPS change indicator
Cut and strip back the indicator cable.
Remove the red indicator led
Connect to the dashboard wires :
Black on the BPS to green on the Cluster
Red on the BPS to white on the Cluster
Red on the Cluster unit to a positive supply ( Black on the Honda loom )
