New batch available of VHM connecting rods for Honda RS250 NX5 / NXA 1993 - 2010 £700.00+VAT
The kit includes two rods, two big end bearings, two washers and two rings. Part number: CRK04
You can use this conrod kit to rebuild your old Honda RS250 crankshaft.
It fits the 13000-NX5-790 and 13000-NXA-610.
These conn-rods, are to be used together with the Ø25mm big end pins from your original Crankshaft - so the big end pins still need to be in good shape.

VERTEX A-KIT 'FLAT TOP' PISTONS & 0.8mm PISTON RINGS
New Vertex Flat Top Piston with 0.8 mm Piston Ring £135.00 + VAT
Designed specially for Honda RS125 and Honda RS250 and used with standard Honda Small End Bearing 91101-NX5-023
This piston comes complete with 1x 0.8 mm piston ring, 1x piston pin & 2x clips
A cheaper version flat top piston available for both Honda RS125 & Honda RS250.
We have used these pistons ourselves, with no problems, but a little more work is necessary in relieving the piston skirt edges and in setting the piston ring gap, compared to when using the VHM flat top pistons.
Overall weight is 12g more than the VHM flat piston, but it does not seem to effect performance.
